History
Chinese Association Martial Art's mission is to promote the culture of martial arts by its team members who enrich the knowledge of their style in an environment that fosters growth, improvement, and family.
Chinese Association Martial Arts (more popularly known as CAMA) showcases traditional and contemporary forms, acrobatic tricks, fast-paced stunts, and fight choreography. CAMA is a family that trains together while enjoying what they do. With a variety of skills, weapons, and a style all its own, CAMA provides action-packed demonstrations that have wowed crowds as young as kindergarteners in elementary schools to families who come to cultural events. CAMA was founded in 2003 initially as a cultural performance group for the Chinese Association at UC Irvine. As an extension of Chinese Association, we alongside Chinese Association Dance Crew (CADC) represent Chinese Association through creative outlets in venues all over California. |
